A word from our new Youth Worker

Isaiah 44 v 3-4

For I will pour out water to quench your thirst and to irrigate your parched fields.

And I will pour out my spirit on your descendants and my blessing on your children.

They will thrive like watered grass, like willows on a riverbank

WOW!! What a promise!! I believe this bible verse is a promise worth standing on!! God doesn’t just want to bless our future generations he promises to do so by pouring out his spirit on our children so that they can take over from where we leave. As I read this I am excited about the plans god has for our young people. We want our children to use the foundation we lay to build something greater in the future.

“This is the time, this is the place, let the kingdom of our God reign”

Hi my name is Krista.  I am the new youth worker here at East Cleveland. I am really looking forward to getting know you all and find out more about the local area and the needs of the community. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for such a warm welcome and encourage you to continue to pray for me as I seek to understand Gods vision for the children and young people here at East Cleveland. Please keep an eye out for me as I get familiar with the daily life and routine of the church and feel free to introduce yourself if you see me around.

It is such an encouragement to know I have your prayers and support as I seek to understand what Gods vision is here in Redcar.
